At the start of the 2010 wheeling season the Hooligans off road club wanted to their part in keeping our trails open. After much calling and looking, we found a little piece of heaven that was in need of a little help from a club like ours to help ours. This trail is called Chihuahua Gulch in summit county Colorado.
